▲Features and Performance

1). Vertical structure. Screen frame runs up and down vertically; printing head runs left and right

2). Printing and print screen plate(halftone) vertical movement is driven by independent drive power with stable speed and easy to adjust.

3). PLC program control circuit, which composed of imported electrical and pneumatic units   

4).Frequency converters and motor drive printing blade frame, the speed of printing can be controlled  independently according to the printing objects, with photoelectric eye controlling and independent adjusting stroke.

 5). The imported lift deceleration machine drives the screen frame to move up and down steadily.

 6). Printing platform is divided into 2 layers, respective in the direction of X and Y to be installed handle , overprint and adjustment are precise.

 7). High performance platform can automatically move in many directions such as: forward and backward, left and right, 45°etc.

 8). Manual/ semi automatic / automatic printing modes; the interval time can be controlled digitally and the range is 1-9 seconds.

 9). Printing head cylinder lift device is designed independently; squeegee /back ink blade/screen plate change and wash be more convenient .

 10).Designed of double squeegee, double-pneumatic skip frame,left and right scraping, and the angle can be adjusted.

 11). The adjustment devices of left and right mesh clips can be installed and adjusted conveniently.
