Application:

This is specially-designed web-fed screen printing machine for flexible material, both transparent and non-transparent, in rolls such as: diffuser, FPC, paper, transfer paper, stickers, OPP, PVC, Mylar, PC, PET, plastic leather, aluminum foil and so on.

The main machine feature:

1. Multi-color printing by automatic E-eye to lock the position, computer control, automatic detect color mark, It will shut down automatically, if the accident happened.

2. CNC motors, printing, speed of squeegee ink can be set freely

3. Automatically calculate the times printed and preset the printing times...

4. Input materials and output materials are all control by photoelectronics.

5. Adopt Japan CHUOSEIKI 1000 points with precise regulator, can adjust photoelectronic eye to precision of (0.005mm)

6. The machine is equipped with 2 dust roller to clear dust of surface and bottom of materials

7. The machine is equipped with off-grid function, printing large-scale background and the glue, to prevent the sticky net.

8. The machine with 3 sucking devices, according to printing material, adjust tostrong winds, weak winds and shut it down.

The drying feature:

1. circulating hot to dry, thermostat automaticly, rolling automaticly.

2. dry distances up to 45m.

3. printing glue can choose to install air-conditioning, re-centrifuge paper device.

4. the rollers of drying machine with silica gel, able to avoid contacting when the materials have been baking. So that will not cause printed material deformation to improve printing quality.

Feeding material feature:

1. Photoelectric to control feeding,to avoid the material's surface to being scratched.

2. The feeding speed and time can be adjusted.

3. Automatic to discharge waste.
